Pursuant to Order No KV-19/ 13 January 2017 by the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria, in compliance with Presidential Ukase No 6 / 09 January 2017, the first flag officer rank of commodore in the Navy shall be renamed into ‘flotilla admiral’, effective from 16 January 2017.
